- ½ kg beef (ground)
- 100 gms chana dal (gram lentil)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 medium onions (chopped)
- 1 pod garlic (crushed)
- 2-inch ginger (crushed)
- 2 – 3 green chilies (chopped)
- ½ cup fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- 6-8 dry red chili (whole)
- 10 cloves (whole)
- 10 green cardamom (whole)
- 2 pcs cinnamon stick (1-inch piece each)
- 12 black peppercorns (whole)
- 1 tsp cumin seed (whole)
- 1 tsp coriander (whole)
- 4 glasses of water
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
