- 2 Tablespoons Turkish Chicken Seasoning OR the following spice blend
Spice Blend
- 1 3″ piece cinnamon stick
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 Tablespoon sumac
- 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
Garnish
- handful parsley leaves
- tahini dressing recipe with parsley
