- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp flaked sea salt
- 200ml cold water
- 2 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
- 1 medium onion, cut into 12 wedges
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into roughly 3cm chunks
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp water
