Ingredients
- 9 Tahira Chicken & Beef Burgers (I calculate 1 for each person and a few extra for seconds)
- 4 peeled onions
- oil as required
- 1½ fresh bell peppers (I’ve used half of each colour to make it colourful)
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 – 2 tbsp soy sauce (light or dark)
- 1 tsp hot chilli sauce/pickle
- salt
